"Conflict is inevitable. Combat is optional." As a trained mediator, I create a safe space for open dialogue, help parties uncover the deeper roots of their conflicts, and guide them toward finding win-win solutions, whether it's co-founder disagreements, workplace issues, or personal disputes.

How does it work?

Initial Consultation

Our work will start with a free initial consultation. We'll review the background of your situation and clarify all organizational questions to assess whether mediation is the best approach for your case and whether I am the right mediator to guide you.

Mediation Process

Once we agree to start mediation, we will begin meeting for sessions, during which I will guide you through the process. The number of sessions and outcomes cannot be predetermined, as they depend on the parties' willingness to engage constructively. While I can't guarantee specific results, I assure you of my professionalism as a neutral facilitator, utilizing my skills to help you progress.

Implementation Support (Optional)

After mediation, we can assess whether the agreed-upon solutions are effective. If issues arise during implementation, you can involve me to identify the reasons for any setbacks and to help you find constructive ways to move forward.

Mediation at a glance

Mediation is...

Mediation is a structured process where two or more parties voluntarily resolve conflicts with the help of a neutral mediator. It focuses on creating win-win solutions in a confidential and self-directed manner. Unlike a courtroom, mediation empowers both sides to collaboratively reach agreements without binding legal judgments.

When is mediation recommended?

Mediation is most effective when both parties seek to preserve their relationship and are open to finding mutually beneficial solutions. It’s recommended for workplace conflicts, founder disputes, and other disagreements where maintaining ongoing collaboration is crucial.

Phases of mediation

Mediation unfolds in five phases: introduction, issue presentation, exploration of underlying needs, feelings and visions, solution development, and agreement. Progress through these phases relies on the parties' ability to work through the conflict and their commitment to finding mutually beneficial solutions—outcomes are not guaranteed.

Julia as a mediator...

I am not a judge! My role is to remain neutral and facilitate open communication while promoting mutual understanding. I guide constructive dialogue, ensuring that all parties are heard and can progress through mediation. Importantly, I refrain from making judgments or imposing solutions, empowering the parties to find their own paths forward.
